3. Quotes and custom orders

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A quote is not a binding contract. Work begins only once you have confirmed the quote and we have received any required deposit.
Final pricing may differ from an estimate if the scope of work changes after the quote is accepted. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
You are responsible for ensuring that any files, designs or specifications you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

4. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering through our shop, unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed for a custom project.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Card details are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card information.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date production is confirmed, not the date of order.
We currently ship within the UK. International shipping may be available on request — please contact us before ordering.
Risk of loss passes to you when the item is handed to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the item has been dispatched.

6. Returns and refunds

Standard products — you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Custom / made-to-order items — these are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right as they are made specifically for you. We will still remedy any defects or errors on our part.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs and branding — is owned by MAKARO or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.
For custom projects, you retain ownership of any designs or files you provide. We retain the right to use photos of completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You must not submit designs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to reproduce any design you provide.

Produce items that are illegal, dangerous or infringe third-party rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
Transmit malicious code or interfere with the site's operation.
